- Smart Name Tag and Smart Voice Tag work hand in hand to improve meeting clarity. By displaying and highlighting the active speaker’s name tag, Zoom Rooms ensures in-room voices are recognized and easily tracked during discussions.
Microsoft Teams’ AI Capabilities
- The Facilitator feature keeps track of your conversations in real time, automatically generating shared meeting notes in a single workspace. Attendees can view, edit, and update these notes directly within the meeting, eliminating the need for individual note-taking. This helps everyone stay focused, engaged, and aligned while the discussion is happening.
- Teams will auto-enable voice and face recognition, enabling features like voice isolation and improved meeting transcripts.
- IntelliFrame enhances hybrid collaboration by using AI to create smart video feeds. Supported Teams Rooms cameras automatically zoom in and frame in-room participants, making it easier for remote attendees to clearly see faces and gestures, and feel more connected.
