Terms and Conditions(Technology Refresh)

This program allows existing DTEN customers to refresh existing DTEN D7 devices for a discount on new DTEN devices. 

• The discount will be a fixed amount and delivered to the customer via a coupon code that can be used with any reseller.
• Customer must have an active Orbit account.
• Customer must register any device to be refreshed in Orbit.
• Customer must provide the following information in order to participate
  • DTEN ID
  • SERIAL Number
  • ORBIT ID
• DTEN expects that the customer will dispose of the decommissioned device in an environmentally friendly manner.
• DTEN reserves the right to suspend service on any device that was identified as being refreshed after 90 days from the delivery of the discounted device.
